new to matcha

a follower of Dr Weil but new to matcha, I splurged for the latte starter kit. It comes nicely packaged and I made my first smoothie based on the booklet recipe that accompanies the kit. It was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised that it was smooth tasting and not "like fresh cut grass" as the popular corner coffee shop variety latte I had tried only after I ordered my kit! I was disappointed however that the booklet did not contain the recipe for the hot latte recipe. I am not able to find it on the matcha.com website either. Disappointed but will wing it and try the other recipes at some point also.
